hey, so i have tons of art drawings and stuff. But for some reason the paint (yes i am using paint) program just doesnt work and my pencil work, is there a photoshop to make the colors look better or more 3d'ish (not sure of the word for that its later here and im tired) and advice on art programs would be nice.
